CLÉMENT IBRAHIM
DEVELOPER & BUILDER

About me!

I love turning an idea into something that actually works. An interface, a mobile app, an API or even the server behind it: as long as I can learn, test and create, I’m in my element.

Let’s discuss your project

01 / WHO I AM

There is always another
project on my mind.

I’m Clément. What I enjoy most about development is the moment when a rough idea becomes a real product someone can use. I can move from the interface to the back end, then spend the evening finding out why a VM stopped responding.

At home, I built my own Proxmox lab. It hosts my services, applications and even my photos with Immich. It is part playground, part workshop, and the place where I sometimes break things… before rebuilding them better.

02 / FROM CLICK TO PRODUCTION

One request.
A complete infrastructure.

(Scroll to follow the real path an application takes through my homelab 👇)

STEP 01

Internet

The request arrives from the web on a public domain available over HTTPS.

STEP 02

Cloudflare Tunnel

An outbound tunnel encrypts the route into my network without directly exposing my router.

STEP 03

Nginx

The reverse proxy receives the request and routes it to the right service.

STEP 04

Proxmox & VMs

Each application runs in an isolated, sized and administered environment.

STEP 05

Application online

The product responds while I retain control over deployment and operations.

03 / HOMELAB

My personal homelab.
A real experimentation ground.

My lab lets me practise what happens after development every day: virtualisation, networking, deployment, operations and maintenance.

Internet Secure tunnel Nginx Proxmox & VMs Applications
01 /

Proxmox at the core

I installed and configured my own Proxmox environment to centralise resources and administer my infrastructure.

02 /

VMs for every need

I create, size and maintain isolated virtual machines for applications, experiments and personal services.

03 /

My cloud with Immich

I self-host Immich to store and organise my photos on infrastructure that I control myself.

04 /

Projects in production

I configure Linux, Docker and Nginx, then deploy and maintain applications available in production.

04 / LEARNING BY BUILDING

Code is one part
of a complete system.

Developing in my own lab makes me think about availability, resources, networking, backups, updates and security. This broad view directly shapes how I design applications that are more reliable and easier to operate.

05 / MY PHILOSOPHY

A practical passion.
Skills that actually run.

My homelab is more than a collection of tools. It is where I turn curiosity into practical experience, test ideas and learn how to keep real services available.
